Download the RoadL Patient App and Create Your Account

Welcome to RoadL Care! This guide will help you download the app and create your account to start receiving healthcare in real-time.

Download the App

The RoadL Patient App is available for both iOS and Android devices:

For iPhone/iPad (iOS)

1. Open the App Store on your device
2. Search for "RoadL Patient" or "RoadL Care"
3. Tap Get to download and install
4. Once installed, tap Open

For Android Devices

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device
2. Search for "RoadL Patient" or "RoadL Care"
3. Tap Install to download
4. Once installed, tap Open

Create Your Account

When you first open the app:

1. Tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen
2. Enter your email address - Use an email you check regularly
3. Create a secure password - Must be at least 8 characters
4. Verify your email - Check your inbox for a verification link
5. Click the verification link in the email to activate your account

Sign In

After verifying your email:

1. Open the RoadL Patient App
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Tap Sign In

Set Up Biometric Login (Recommended)

For faster and more secure access, we recommend setting up biometric authentication:

• Face ID (iPhone X and newer)
• Touch ID (iPhone/iPad with fingerprint sensor)
• Fingerprint (Android devices)

You'll be prompted to set this up after your first login. You can also enable it later in Settings > Security.
