Field clinicians: signing in with your new RoadL Care identity

When you reach the appropriate step in the RoadL onboarding process you will receive an email to the personal email address you used to create your RoadL account with information about your new RoadL Care identity.

This identity can be used to:
- sign in to the RoadL app,
- sign in to this Support portal to access private articles and submit/manage support tickers,
- sign in to RoadL's athenahealth EHR using the Single Sign On link 

 Here is an examples of the email you will receive:
Dear {{FIRSTNAME}},

Welcome to RoadL! Your @roadlcare.com identity has been successfully provisioned.
 
Please find your login details below:
 
Identity: {{IDENTITY}}
Temporary Password: {{PASSWORD}}
 
To proceed with the login process:
 
1. Go to the login page: {{LOGINPAGEURL}}
2. Enter your identity: {{IDENTITY}}
3. Follow the instructions to download and setup Microsoft Authenticator with this identity
3. Use the temporary password {{PASSWORD}}
4. Upon login, you will be prompted to create a new, personalized password for enhanced security
5. After you have successfully logged in to RoadL for the first time you can sign in to athenahealth's training environment. See the Training menu option in RoadL for instructions
