RoadL sends notifications through multiple channels:

Appointment Notifications
Clinician Assigned:
- When provider is matched to your visit
- Provider name and credentials
- Notification channels: In-app, Push
Track Clinician:
- Provider is on the way to you
- Real-time tracking available
- Notification channels: In-app, Push, SMS
Appointment Modified:
- Changes to your appointment
- New date/time details
- Notification channels: In-app, Push, Email
Appointment Cancelled:
- Visit has been cancelled
- Cancellation reason
- Rebooking options
- Notification channels: All channels
Appointment Scheduled:
- Visit confirmed with date/time
- Provider details (after assignment)
- Notification channels: In-app, Push, Email
In Progress:
- Provider has arrived and started visit
- Duration tracking
- Notification channels: In-app, Push
Completed/Feedback:
- Visit finished successfully
- Request to provide feedback

Provider Unassigned:
- Provider had to cancel
- ROC finding replacement

Payment Successful:
- Charge processed successfully

Mark as Read:
- Tap notification

Mark as Unread:

- Verify phone number correct

- Average: 2-5 texts per appointment
SMS Opt-Out
To stop all SMS:
- Reply STOP to any RoadL text
- Or disable in app settings
- Or text STOP to 55555
To resume:
- Reply START to any RoadL text
- Or re-enable in app settings
Note: Cannot opt out of security codes and critical alerts
Carrier Charges

Reduce notification volume:

Not Receiving Push Notifications
